Please be advised that refunds are not offered, as payment is made in cash upon completion of the service. Should you have any concerns regarding your satisfaction, we kindly request a reasonable explanation. Furthermore, in the event that a client damages their own property during the cleaning process, WI Cleaners LLC will either replace the item, provide compensation, or deduct its value from the total service cost.
