     Please be aware that the first payment for our services should be made in cash, with the added convenience of setting up an autopay option available for subsequent cleanings.

Booking:

     We kindly ask that all bookings are made at least two weeks in advance to facilitate scheduling.

 

Price May Vary:

      Additionally, please note that our pricing may vary depending on the condition of your facility, particularly in cases that involve the cleanup of animal fecal matters, as this requires special supplies.

 

Cancelation

      For cancellations, a fee will be applied if we do not receive a notice at least 48 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via call or text.

 

Right to Refuse service.

       The safety of our employees is very important to us. They reserve the right to decline cleaning services in the presence of biohazard, unsafe conditions for entering the client's facility, or if the facility has been condemned by local authorities. Furthermore, our team will not engage in the cleaning of soiled items or any human bodily fluids. We are committed to maintaining a safe working environment and strictly adhere to established guidelines to ensure the well-being of our staff.
